Everyone who touches the building
Homeowners, facility managers, and property managers use the same tool. They inform it. They do not teach it. Picking a role is a skin, not a credential. It does not make someone a verified expert.
I manage buildings
Triage: in-house, licensed, or wait. Photos of what is actually installed. Outcome and gap reports that steer the system — never training text.
What this is not
- Not a marketplace, lead-gen service, or field-service platform. Not an FSM.
