This disclosure supports our Privacy Policy. It describes providers for the features below. The providers that receive information depend on the features you use and the active service configuration. An optional feature may not be enabled for your account, and a request is not necessarily sent to every provider listed.
Providers and purposes
- GitHub, Inc. — serves our public website and static Field application files through GitHub Pages; handles the technical request information needed to deliver those files.
- Vercel Inc. — hosts the Ask and Field application services; handles requests and technical information such as IP addresses and server logs.
- Google LLC — provides Sign in with Google, and Google Drive if you choose to connect it; Field can reach only the Drive files it creates or you open with it.
- Upstash, Inc. — provides database storage for supported shared features, including Crew chats, messaging and company membership, and rate limiting to protect the service.
- Together AI — provides AI processing for supported Ask and Field features, including text, photos submitted for analysis and voice transcription, when requests are routed to this provider.
- Anthropic — provides AI processing for Ask and Field requests, including relevant messages, job context and photos where supported, when requests are routed to this provider.
- Twilio Inc. — provides text messaging and video-call services when those features are enabled and used; handles the relevant phone numbers, message content, media and delivery or call information.
- Resend — delivers company-membership sign-in codes and related transactional email; handles recipient email addresses and the email content and delivery information needed for that service.
The same privacy limits apply
Our Privacy Policy governs the use, sharing and retention of information, including its Section 4 protection for member job data and Field captures and its Section 6 retention rules. Listing a provider does not authorize model training or other uses prohibited by that Policy or our Terms of Service. This disclosure does not promise that providers retain no data.
We update this disclosure when providers or their roles change. Changes remain subject to the Privacy Policy, including its notice obligations. A model or version change does not by itself change those commitments.
