- Not professional advice. Answers, part IDs, spec snippets, troubleshooting trees, and code references are informational. They are not engineering stamps, legal advice, or a determination that work is safe or lawful on your site.
- Not a licensing body. TradesKnow does not issue, renew, verify with a state board, or display a government “Verified {trade}” badge. We do not collect license images. Any license number / state / trade / expiry we may collect is account metadata only, not board verification.
- Not AHJ or code authority. Local amendments, listings, and inspector interpretations govern. Confirm in the jurisdiction of the work.
- You own compliance. License scope, permits, inspections, manufacturer listings, OSHA / state-plan duties, and shop procedures remain yours (or your employer’s).
- Safety no-gos. Gas, live electrical panels, structural, and confined space: TradesKnow must not authorize or replace licensed human judgment. Hazardous how-to across that line is refused. There is no bulk-approve for hazards.
- Two-door (privacy / training). Member job data and Field job captures are not used to train the model. “Verified” in the UI is not a training-consent badge.
- Emergencies. Fire, gas leak, shock, collapse, person down or trapped: call 911 (or local emergency) and qualified professionals. Then follow your employer’s emergency plan.
- Invite-only / free phase. Access is experimental from a legal and operational standpoint: still AS IS, still not authority.

Do not say or imply:
- “Licensed & verified” about users, answers, or shops in a state-board sense;
- “AHJ approved,” “code-certified,” or “replaces your inspector”;
- “TradesKnow trained on your jobs” or “your Field captures make the model smarter”;
- that bulk job review equals a safety sign-off.
Do say, if needed: Verified = from our verified corpus. Draft = model-generated. Always verify locally.
